Because flowers and plants are perishable, our return and refund policy is slightly different from non-perishable goods. Please read carefully:
1. Fresh Flowers & Bouquets

Non-Returnable: Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers and bouquets cannot be returned once delivered or collected.

Quality Concerns: If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/collection. We may request photos to help resolve the issue.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement arrangement or a refund.
2. Plants

Returns: Healthy plants cannot be returned once purchased, as they may be exposed to different care environments.

Quality Guarantee: If a plant is found to be unhealthy or damaged at the time of purchase/delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Perishable Items (e.g., vases, pots, accessories)

These items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

In-Store Collection Orders: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed collection time.

Delivery Orders: For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. After this, we may not be able to offer a refund, as preparations may already be underway.
